The Trundle Golf Club is one of the most historic and welcoming country golf clubs in regional New South Wales. Located in the heart of Trundle NSW, the course has been an important part of the local community for more than a century, offering great golf, relaxed country hospitality and excellent facilities for both members and visitors alike.

A Proud History of Golf in Trundle

Golf in Trundle dates back to 1912, when the Wooleringa Golf Club was first established. The Trundle Golf Course moved to its current site in the early 1920s, where it has continued to grow into the popular regional golf destination it is today.

Throughout its long history, the Trundle Golf Club has shown incredible resilience and community spirit. The club overcame major setbacks, including:

• 1964 – The original clubhouse was destroyed by fire.

• 1973 – A newly built clubhouse was unfortunately lost in a rare and powerful tornado.

Despite these challenges, the dedication of the local community ensured the Trundle Golf Club continued to thrive.

In 2004, the Trundle Services and Citizens Club amalgamated with the Trundle Golf Club, helping secure the long-term future of golf in Trundle and strengthening the club’s role as a social and sporting hub for the region.
